What We Cooked Up on Texas Today 🌮🥑

Ingredients (serves 2):
- 4 large eggs, scrambled
- ½ cup cooked pork sausage crumbles
- 1 cup cauliflower rice (or brown rice)
- 1 cup sautéed veggies (bell peppers, zucchini, or spinach)

Directions:
