When does the program start? Can I start anytime? Expand

I run the nourishMET program 3-4x per year. The best way to ensure you know when our next launch is, is to jump on the waitlist. You'll be the first to know. We always have a September and January launch.

Does insurance cover this female fat loss program? Expand

Insurance rarely covers group programs. If you'd like to utilize insurance, book a discovery call to discuss a 1:1 appointment package route. You will want to call your provider to check coverage for medical nutrition therapy MNT, first.

How much weight will I lose? Expand

Weight loss is mulit-factorial and unique to each individual. Healthy weight loss is seen at a rate or 0.5 to 1 lb per week. Most inidivudals in nourishMET lose around 0.8 lbs per week in this 8 week program.

I don't have diabetes, why do I wear a continuous glucose monitor? Expand

Blood sugar balance is the foundation of a strong metabolism and strong metabolic health. When your blood sugar is elevated and constantly on a roller coaster there is hormonal imbalances, sugar cravings, belly fat, poor sleep, and fatigue that are present. By working on the foundation of blood sugar balance, first, we improve metabolism and make fat loss easier while improving many other areas of your health, simultaneously.
