I’m Whitney, your super passionate, dietitian-nutritionist, who’s spent the last decade untangling the diet culture food noise that plays in your head rent-free for thousands of women.

Why am I so passionate about helping you achieve health success and simultaneously find food freedom? Because I rebuilt my own after being on 100 different diets since 3rd grade. Then, I set out to become the dietitian I needed back then.

This isn’t a generic plan or a one-size-fits-all PDF. You’ll receive weekly 1:1 sessions with personalized feedback after each session, unlimited portal support, app-based meal feedback, customized recipes and meal guides, and real-life tools like grocery tours or meal prep sessions. Everything is tailored to your life, your family, and your goals — not someone else’s.

You’ll start with a 45-minute deep-dive consult, followed by 30-minute weekly check-ins for six weeks. These are virtual, flexible, and built around your schedule as a busy mom. Between sessions, you’ll get actionable tips, weekly feedback, and support via our private messaging portal — so you’re never left guessing.

Nope. We use non-obsessive tracking (photos, usually) only when it serves you — not when it stresses you out. If you prefer, we’ll focus on portion visuals, blood sugar balance, and eventually, intuitive cues, so you can ditch the food rules and still reach your goals.

Yes, if that’s your goal. Many moms come to me wanting to shed stubborn weight, reduce bloat, and wake up with more energy — and we absolutely address that. But we do it in a sustainable way that focuses on metabolism repair, hormone balance, and daily nourishment, not restriction or extremes.

I’m a credentialed RDN and do accept some Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas plans which can account towards some of the cost. Many clients also use their HSA or FSA funds for this program. I can provide a superbill for reimbursement, but it’s always best to check with your plan first.

Many clients continue working with me on a monthly basis through alumni appointments — a flexible, lower-frequency option that keeps your momentum going without burnout. We’ll talk about what’s best for you during your final session.

Every new client starts with a discovery call, and if you’re not quite ready for the full package, we can start with an initial consult only. From there, we’ll decide together what makes the most sense for your goals and budget.

Absolutely! We love supporting partners who are making lifestyle changes together. Each person will need their own intake and appointments, but we’re happy to coordinate plans and support both of you individually or as a team.
