DIETITIAN BRAND CONSULTING & ADVISORY
Diabetes and women’s health expertise for brands building for blood sugar and midlife women
The rare expert who sits where the clinic, the CPG world and women’s health meet: a board-certified diabetes educator with over a decade of patient care, a CPG advisory board member and the founder of an annual women’s health summit.
I’m Whitney Stuart, MS, RDN/LD, CDCES. For more than a decade, I’ve worked with patients in endocrinology clinics, hospitals and my own virtual practice, helping them manage blood sugar, insulin resistance and women’s health. I also sit on dietitian advisory boards for Pompeian Olive Oil and Farmer’s Fridge, and I host the annual Whitness Wellness Women’s Health Summit. I know what patients actually need, how better-for-you products get built and launched, and how to reach the women making the buying decisions. I bring all three to dietitian brand consulting.

Three worlds. One expert.
Most brands hire a clinician, a content creator or a women’s health voice. With me, you get all three in one person.
The clinic
Board-certified diabetes care and education specialist (CDCES) with 10+ years of clinical and patient experience in endocrinology, hospital and private practice settings. I hear every week what patients ask about, what confuses them and what they actually put in their carts.
The CPG world
I sit on dietitian advisory boards for Pompeian Olive Oil and Farmer’s Fridge and have partnered with brands including Seneca Foods, NOW Foods, BTR Nation and Olipop. I understand formulation, retail launches and what brand teams need from an expert.
Women’s health
A women’s health expert and the founder and host of the annual Whitness Wellness Women’s Health Summit. Prenatal, midlife and metabolic health for women is where I live, and it’s the audience most better-for-you brands want to reach.
Most consultants bring one piece. I bring the whole picture.
| Most consultants bring | I also bring |
|---|---|
| A nutrition degree | Board certification in diabetes care and education (CDCES) |
| General wellness knowledge | 10+ years of patient care in endocrinology, hospital and private practice settings |
| Research summaries | Weekly insight into what real patients ask, struggle with and buy |
| An outside view of CPG | A seat on the Pompeian Olive Oil and Farmer’s Fridge dietitian advisory boards |
| A generic “women’s wellness” angle | Founder and host of an annual women’s health summit |
| Social reach | Live TV in 9+ U.S. markets |
| Content without clinical review | Talking points tied to the evidence |
Who I work with
Better-for-you food, snack, beverage and supplement brands — especially those speaking to blood sugar, metabolic health, prenatal and midlife women, and busy families. Emerging founders preparing for a retail launch and established brands that need a credible expert voice both fit.
This is a fit if you are…
- A founder preparing for a retail launch who needs clinical credibility from day one
- A marketing or brand team that needs a credentialed expert voice, not just an influencer
- An R&D or product lead formulating for blood sugar, metabolic or women’s health
- An established brand moving into the diabetes, GLP-1 or midlife women’s market
The problems I solve
- Your claims are ahead of your evidence. Phrases like “blood sugar friendly,” “hormone support” and “boosts metabolism” sound great until a healthcare professional, a competitor or a regulator asks for the research. I tie every talking point to the evidence and to what your product can actually say.
- Your shoppers know more than ever. Blood sugar–conscious consumers, people wearing continuous glucose monitors and people taking GLP-1 medications are reading labels for protein, fiber and added sugar. Your positioning has to be accurate to earn their trust.
- Influencer content isn’t convincing the experts. Dietitians, physicians and producers want a credentialed voice before they recommend or feature a product. I give your brand one.
- Generic wellness messaging misses women 35+. Prenatal, perimenopause and midlife metabolic changes shape how women shop. I help you speak to them specifically, not generically.
- You need credibility at launch, fast. New retail doors, trade shows and TV segments need expert talking points that are ready on day one.
What I advise on
Clinical input for foods, beverages, supplements and digital health tools.
Foods & beverages
- Nutrition profile and positioning for blood sugar–conscious shoppers
- Protein, fiber and added sugar targets that hold up to label scrutiny
- Packaging, website and sell sheet copy review
- Recipes and usage ideas that fit real meals
Supplements
- Formulation and ingredient evidence review
- Dose and form compared with the research
- Positioning for prenatal, perimenopausal and midlife women
- Practitioner-facing education and talking points
Apps & digital health
- Content review for accuracy on blood sugar, CGMs and GLP-1 medications
- Safety screening for nutrition advice
- Education for women’s health and metabolic audiences
- Positioning that earns trust from dietitians and physicians
How I help brands
Nutrition messaging & positioning
I translate your formulation into a nutrition story consumers understand, grounded in the research rather than trends. That includes FAQ content, packaging and website copy review, and positioning for blood sugar–conscious and women’s health audiences.
Evidence review
I review your nutrition claims and talking points against current research and flag anything that overpromises before your customers or competitors do. (I’m a dietitian, not a lawyer; I work alongside your regulatory or legal counsel.)

Launch & retail support
Dietitian-led content for launches, trade shows and new retail doors, so your brand shows up with clinical credibility from day one.
Media & TV
I appear on live TV segments in 9+ U.S. markets, including NBC, KING5 Seattle, KRON4 San Francisco and KHOU Houston. I can feature your product in a segment with research-backed talking points.
Content & UGC
Recipe reels, UGC and whitelisted ad content created by a credentialed expert, not an influencer guessing at the science. See my media kit.
Advisory boards
Ongoing strategic input from a board-certified diabetes educator who sees real patients every week. I currently serve on dietitian advisory boards for Pompeian Olive Oil and Farmer’s Fridge.
How we work together
Every engagement is highly individualized, for emerging and established brands alike.
Step 1: Brand strategy call
We talk through your product, audience, claims and goals. I’ll tell you plainly where your nutrition story is strong, where it’s at risk, and what I recommend next.
Step 2: Choose the right fit
- Project-based: messaging and evidence review, launch and retail support, recipe reel and content packages, or sponsored TV segments.
- Ongoing advisory: monthly or quarterly strategic input, practitioner-facing messaging and advisory board roles.
