Six Weeks to Success - 6 sessions
Propel your habits forward with success tools!
- Week 1: 60-minute Initial Consult with RDN to review current lifestyle regimen, dietary habits, deficiencies, medication and medical history, and establish a baseline for health and goals moving forward.
- Week 2-4: 30 minute follow up to review goals, dietary action + implementation, barriers and resources
- Week 5: strengthen your habits with either a home meal prep demo or a grocery shopping tour with Whitney.
- Week 6: 30 minute final follow up with RDN to determine improved health status, what additional resources of sessions may be needed to arrive at goal.
- After each appt receive individualized feedback for the week with meal guides, recipes, resources for eating out, targeted supplementation, exercise and other recommended wellness practitioners to meet your health needs.
- Unlimited portal support feedback- message the RDN anytime for quick questions, concerns, clarifications or, "what can I eat here?" needs.
- At minimum, twice weekly feedback on logged meals, mood and movement in our app!
- One week sample meal plan and related recipes/meal prep services
- Additional costs can incur from stool testing, functional lab testing, CGM prescription, all per patient/provider discretion as needed.

- A longer package for those with health goals that need more time to evolve

- Week 2: label reading and function of food overview
- Week 3: virtual in home meal prep review, pantry clean out or a grocery shopping tour
- Week 4-16: 30 minute final follow up with RDN to determine improved health status, what additional resources of sessions may be needed to arrive at goal.
- After each appt receive individualized feedback for the week with meal guides, recipes, resources for eating out, targeted supplementation, exercise and other recommended wellness practitioners to meet your health needs.
- Unlimited portal support feedback- message the RDN anytime for quick questions, concerns, clarifications or, "what can I eat here?" needs.

- Week 16, 18, 20, 22, 24 - biweekly appointment to build confidence in routine with continued meal tracking accountability and goal setting.
Diabetes Support: 1 session
Working with a dietitian and diabetes educator is an incredible supplement to your medical providers - PCP, Endo, OB/GYN or concierge medicine. Consistent educational visits with a provider can improve blood sugar control. I happily collaborate with other practitioners. We accept HSA/FSA and can provide a medical receipt/superbill for reimbursement.
- Whitney is certified in Omnipod, Tandem, Medtronic pumps and Dexcom/Libre CGM and a board certified Diabetic Educator.
- This visit is 45 minutes, conducted via Zoom or phone call.
- This can be booked for monthly support as needed
- We will review dietary habits, lifestyle, supplementation, self-care, exercise, diabetes management and regimen.
- Recommendations will be provided re: diet, lifestyle, stress management, exercise, recipes, routines, healthcare providers, glucose monitoring, management options.
- This can be a supplement to your medical providers - PCP, Endo, OB/GYN or concierge medicine. I happily collaborate with other practitioners. We accept HSA/FSA and can provide a medical receipt/superbill for reimbursement.
Gestational Diabetes Mama - 2 sessions
The perfect appointment for mamas who need information NOW and doesn't have an OB/GYN dietitian referral, or ability to be seen promptly. Glycemic control is vital for the healthy development of your fetus. This appointment can also be utilized for patients with a history of pre-diabetes who want to optimize blood sugars prior to conception.
45 minute educational session & 1 follow up call
For: pregnant women with a diagnosis of gestational diabetes. Includes a resource guide with recommended meals, movement & interventions for optimal glycemic control. Receive dietary feedback through our virtual app & 24/7 communication for questions and concerns for one week post appointment.

- Our practice is 100% virtual
- We always start with a discovery call to ensure that we - patient + provider - are a good fit.
- We don't work with patients on weight loss, alone. This process is about improving health, which may lead to weight loss as an outcome. But not the main priority.
- We offer payment plans, super bill invoices for insurance reimbursement and take HSA/FSA currently.
- We believe in a hand's on approach with frequent follow ups and check ins. We are not a one stop shop meal plan.
- All contact is done through our private patient portal and email. We do not text, DM, or Facebook message with potential/current patients.
